Uberlit app for iPhone and iPad

Have you ever wanted to point out interesting things in video and talk about them? Weve seen the TV studios do it with on-screen graphics; now you can too!

With Uberlit, you can lay moving disc overlays (spotlights) on video that bring immediate attention to the exact content in video that you want to point to - like pizzas, cars, people or your friends new sports shoes.

When the few seconds of animation is done (and your friends are attentive), intuitive follow-up actions are presented automatically, smoothly interleaved with the video.

Now you know how to impress your friends with all the trivia you have on your favorite sports star. Or the knowledge you gained as a wildlife enthusiast, packaged as byte sized interactive video Uberlits.


How To
-------
Playback: Tap an item in the list to start loading; the video autoplays, and youll see a moving spotlight drawing attention to something relevant. Option(s) will come up at the end of the animation as labels, tapping one of them will launch that action or URL. Like the video? Simply click on Edit to make your own Uberlit version from the video.

Create: The + button on top brings up media tools (including YouTube videos and your camera). After the media is loaded and plays, skip the video to your favorite portion and Hold - Swipe - Release. For example you may follow a moving car, or a still painting. When you release the swipe, the animation plays for you to view and prompts you to enter the metadata. After clicking Review once (mandatory), you can post the Uberlit using the Share icon on top right of the screen. If you are using a video from your phone library or camera, you can save the Uberlit as a Draft, and access it later from the home screen via the Me button.

NEW! Uberlit screenshots (frames from video along with spotlight overlay) Tap + on home screen, and then record a video. Now, swipe your finger on the object that you want to highlight. When the animation plays, tap the Snapshot icon on the bottom and you can instantly preview the image with the spotlight overlay.
